We all know the rules about going to the beach: stay out of the sun between ten and two when the sun’s rays are strongest, bring a beach cover up, wear a hat, and sunglasses, and oh yes, use lots of sun screen! But what about the days when we’re not spending all day out doors? We sometimes forget that even on a cloudy day the sun can still do plenty of damage.
