Mad For Brad

Like finding your favorite blouse under all the worn garments you’ve tried once and threw back, is finding the passion that drives you. Brad Goreski, like many of us has been in that position as well while studying Art History at the University of Southern California. He discovered the world of styling, seeing fashion as art, and creating his own masterpieces as he grew in this unforeseen industry. Whether your inspiration comes from things or people, we all need that foundation to build on. For Brad, having the opportunity to intern at renowned magazines such as Vogue and W forged that step to begin standing on his own. Snooping around fashion centers he learned all kinds of styling tips and essentials. “For a garment to bring out life, one must learn and inquire about personal style and have an innate intuition. It’s all about knowing your muse.” Brad advises aspiring wardrobe stylists to, “intern as much as they can, even if that means submitting to humble beginnings where picking up coffee is your most recognized task.” Being involved in what you’re passionate about is huge. When you grow professionally, you are able to influence. Getting involved in the community and staying active is so important when your influence begins to expand. Brad is using his pull and influence to contribute and bring awareness to the No Hate Campaign and The Treva Project. There is no doubt that this young, intelligent and kind-hearted fashion mogul is achieving incredible things at his short age, and there are many more to come, so stay tuned, and watch “The Rachel Zoe Project”, to see what he’ll surprise you with next.
