Preparation

In a medium bowl combine the yogurt, jam and honey. Line a cookie sheet or round cake pan with foil or parchment paper. Pour the yogurt mixture evenly over the cookie sheet or cake pan, smoothing it out with the spatula. Evenly distribute the kiwi slices over the top of the yogurt mixture. Put in the freezer and chill for at least 2-3 hours. Once frozen break into large pieces and serve!

Tip – These yogurt treats must be kept in the freezer for storage.

Tip – When storing these treats I like to cut parchment strip that are the size of the barks and place them in between each bark to prevent the frozen yogurt from sticking. Then I store them and freeze them for up to two months.

Tip – To make these treats vegan simply replace the yogurt for a coconut based vegan mock non-yogurt and replace the honey for agave (use same measurements as shown above).
