Fresh ingredients and a little love is all you need to whip up a tasty salsa that will spice up your salads, tacos and more importantly, your life!
Recipe serves four.
1 large mango (peeled and diced)
½ cup of green or red bell pepper (peeled and diced)
1 tablespoon jalapeño (finely chopped)
1/3 cup of white or red onion (diced)
1 tablespoon of fresh lime juice
1/3 cup cilantro leaves (chopped)
Salt (to liking)
In a medium bowl combine the mango, bell pepper, jalapeño, onion, lime juice and cilantro leaves. Mix well and season with salt to taste.
Serve and enjoy!
